Description : We are looking for a MEP Manager who can Coordinate with inter related site agencies (Client/Contractors & Architects / Site Management/Man Management). • To measure & monitor the delays & risks. • Responsible for Risk anticipation and Di- Risking. • Responsible for all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing). • To maintain the quality of work and control of wastage of material in the site. • To coordinate with Project Procurement in material supply. • Responsible for day to day site work follow up the site engineers of contractor and sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design, drawing, specifications and meeting planned dates in schedule, interact with project head for clarification in designed. • To provide the information regarding design, drawing, specifications, material and equipment required for the same. • Work closely with Designers, Engineers, and Architects to ensure projects were built in accordance with contract documents. • Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades • Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project (from Groundbreaking through Commissioning and Turnover to Owner) • Assist Scheduling department with developing detailed CPM schedules for all MEP installation activities, including cost and resource loading • Work with Superintendent on project logistics and temporary facility plans • Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation • Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of project with Engineer & Owner • Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Project Manager and Field Staff • Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed • Supervise, develop and mentor project staff, if applicable • Take overall responsibility for the performance of all MEP trades • Supervise review and coordination of submittals and shop drawings • Good understanding of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low-voltage systems • General understanding of Building Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes as they relate to construction of project • Experienced dealing with MEP subcontracts and subcontractors
