JD - Senior UX designer

Responsibilities:

• Design the end to end UX of various software products within the portfolio of our IT clients.
• Enhancement and Maintenance of user interface guidelines
• Supporting design awareness workshops among R&D teams, Support user research and usability validation
• Communication with development, product management, customers and the Central UX team

Skills Requirement:

• Highly skilled UX Designer with a strong portfolio and proven track record of innovative and appealing UI designs /WebApps and/or Mobile Applications. Experience of designing for enterprise software is a plus.
• 2 or more years of professional work experience in user-centered design
• Experience in formal UX methods like interviews, persona, usability tests, reviews and surveys
• Experience in translating requirements and user needs into UX designs
• Demonstrated ability to adopt to the medium involving complex technology
• Extensive knowledge of cognitive and human-factors principles
• Knowledge of Section 508/accessibility requirements and/or experience with front-end frameworks for Web UIs is a plus
• Low-fidelity and hi-fidelity prototyping skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Great listening skills and articulate presentation style
• Interact with End Users and Customers as part of Customer Acceptance Programme for design validation and feedback.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Photoshop/Dreamweaver/Axure
• Certifications in usability will be an added advantage
