- The person will be required to handle the marketing functions. 

- Manage & drive value market share, turnover growth and equity measures for the brands across regions in India 

- Responsible for complete product mix development & delivery of innovations in particular brand and product. 

- Responsible for complete P&L for the set of brands in portfolio. 

- Lead the project team in creating and delivering the innovation network from Insight & Idea generation, Concept test and screening, product & communication development, market deployment till final launch. 

- Developing and deploying campaigns and activation to build brand salience and strengthen equity 

- Designing consumer and trade promotions across channels 

- Project management with various stakeholders from supply chain, production, commercial, legal, sales, Ops and R&D teams to ensure timely delivery of projects 

- Media planning and evaluation across brands along with Media planning agencies. 

- Developing Annual Brand plans in partnership with the sales and insight teams. 

- Strengthen business and attain the marketing and sales financial objectives. 

- Establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply & demand. 

- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share & competitor's strengths & weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. 

- Improve product marketability & profitability by researching, identifying, & capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development team.
