Technical Lead -
Should have experience in working with at least 2 Enterprise application projects
Should have good experience in at least one Java based enterprise application development technology stacks – Java EE or Spring
·         Java EE Stack – Servlets, JSP, JPA, JMS, JTA, etc.
Spring Stack – Spring Core, Spring Transaction, Spring JDBC, Spring MVC

Knowledge of commonly used design patterns

Experience in web services development

Experience in Design and Code Reviews

Experience in at least one Enterprise DBMS like Oracle, IBM DB2 or PostgreSQL

Expertise in UML modelling, Design patterns

Experience in developing custom frameworks for application development

Experience in Application Profiling

Experience in Application Performance Tuning

Knowledge of HTML, Javascript
