Hiring for Account Manager-Delhi, with 2-6 years of experience,

Job Description:- Account Manager

• Evaluating campaign effectiveness
• Making presentation to clients and agency staff
• Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
• Contribute to achievement of set targets through extensive experience/understanding of the digital/OTT environment and Strong relations with Clients
• Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
• Mentor, coach, and develop team to their fullest potential, and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth
• Present social media strategies to clients
• Proactively managing sales activity, pipeline and lead generation to levels that achieve budgeted goals
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
• Maximizing monetization opportunities by creating and building the client base and constantly creating a digital brand need.
• In depth account management by means of client servicing through customized properties/deals and other digital brand solutions for critical launches Strategic point of contact for senior clients and establish strong relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Digital Agency background is highly preferred.
• Exceptional new business and client facing skills.
• Well-versed in all forms of media including direct mail, print, broadcast, non-traditional media, as well as interactive/online marketing programs that go beyond the scope of “media”, such as affiliate programs, direct e-mail and non-traditional buying practices.
• Perform senior-level client negotiation and management skills, with clear and substantive speaking, writing and presentation skills.
