Application/Production support:

a)3 yrs + IT experience
b)Good in core java, JSP and Servlet
c)Good experience in struts MVC
d)Hands on with SQL queries (Oracle)
e)Running business processes and operation
f)Experience of Application installation
g)Aware of Backup and recovery
h)Aware of Server health check
i)L1 and L2 support
j)Coordinating with product team
k)Client communication
l)Experienced in at least 1 application servers such as TOMCAT, Web Logic
m)Aware of SDLC processes and documentation
n)Aware of source control (SVN, VSS)
q)Should be team player
r)Candidate with telecom and banking domain experience preferred.
