Project Manager:

a)Should have handle project delivery for over 4 yrs
b)Total 10yrs+IT experience
c)Excellent knowledge of SDLC
d)Decent communication skill
e)Should be able to manage at least 4 project managers and around 10 parallel projects
f)Should know all major project execution models including waterfall, iterative, Agile, spring
g)Good on project planning, effort estimation and costing
h)Hands on experience in MPP
i)Should have maintained project P&L
j)Good in people management
k)Excellent in client expectation management
l)Good in technical and functional troubleshooting
m)Should have worked on Java, J2EE, MVC, Oracle/MS SQL
n)Should have passport
o)International project management experience
p)Exposure to CMM/ISO process and certification
