Mandatory Key Skill:

JAVA: J2SE/J2EE (Strong in core JAVA, Spring , Hibernate , Struts , EJB’s , Workflow tool BPMN)
Web server: Apache Tomcat, Web logic 12c
DB : Oracle 12c

-Experience Overall 7+ years on Java and relevant experience on technical lead should be 4-5years.

1. Recommend changes on project design concepts to improve efficiency.

2. Develop design specifications, installation instructions and other system-related information.

3. Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security and scalability of java system architecture.

4. Select apt design solutions and ensure compatibility of system components working with software engineers.

5. Evaluate current or emerging technologies to consider monetary factors of java program.

6. Provide technical guidance and support development of systems.

7. Identify system data, hardware and software components required to meet user needs.

8. Provide implementation guidelines for system secure to customers or installation teams.

9. Implement solutions focusing on reuse and industry standards at a program, enterprise or operational scope.

10. Convey architectural solutions to all levels of professionals and leaders.

11. Ensure compliance with established architecture, design patterns, policies, standards and best practices.

12. Contribute to Java Architect profession both internally and externally.

13. Head system architecture, design, cross business area projects and development teams.

14. Identify, review and present input on project activities and plans.

15. Design, develop, implement and maintain series of programs, subsystem, revision and enhancement of current system.
