Job Description: Content Writer

Key responsibilities:

• Develop content for marketing collateral including brochures, success stories, news items and articles, user guides, website content, newsletters & publishing content;
• Editing and Proof reading content written content;
• Research ideas and facts pertinent to the type of content/topic assigned;
• Develop ideas derived from online/offline research and organize the same on paper;
• Sort out workable ideas by a process of elimination and keep eliminated ideas stored for future reference;
• Support marketing team in managing the company’s social media presence.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English;
• Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones;
• Impeccable spelling and grammar;
• Experience in writing about healthcare or wellness is an advantage;
• Great research, organizational, and learning skills;
• High comprehension of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs;
• Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices;
• BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field.
