Skill Sets and capabilities

• Strong knowledge of Logistics/SCM domain ((Freight Forwarding - International / Domestic, Transport management (Road) or Fleet management, Warehouse management).
• Excellent written as well as verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good command over English.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Process Flow Diagram, Process mapping document, Perform and prepare Map/Gap Analysis document, Change Request Documents, Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, Screen and Interface designs.
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Experience in executing global/cross border implementation projects in onshore/offsite mode
• Customer management skills
• Unrestricted ability to travel locally and internationally (must have)

• Following skills would be considered as an advantage:

o SQL, database design and analysis concepts
o UML
o Microsoft Visio or equivalent


Past Work Experience
• 4+ years of experience as a functional person in Logistics SCM domain.
o Experience in capturing requirements for software products/projects
o Experience in interacting with technical team
o Experience in documenting user requirements using various methods like use cases

• 3+ years of experience on Product Implementations (preferably Logistics SCM Domain or ERPs) and managed 2 end to end implementations.

Key Performance Indicators Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and document artifacts as needed: Process Flow Diagram, Process mapping document, Perform and prepare Map/Gap Analysis document, Change Request Documents, Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, Screen and Interface designs.
• Conduct Training, UAT and provide post go live support
• Prepare, Review and execute functional Test cases.
• Resolve functional queries raised by Developers
• Capable of working independently to get stuff done.
