1. Monthly Closing Deck and Reports

a. Prepares & presents to CFO, the monthly closing deck related to P&L explaining the reasons for variance for all expenses.
b. Co-ordinate with various departments for provision submission
c. Accruals / book close @ expenses at the month end.

2. Prepares the MIS Set including all the reports relating to AP such as Security Deposit Movement Report, Prepaid Expenses Annexure, TDS Reconciliation, ESI Register, Vendor Advances Report, Insurance on FA Additions, AMC Calendar - IT Infra & Admin, Server variance Report, Rent Schedule, Tax Intimation status, Vendor Ageing.
