Job Description
Asset Manager,
- Managing the operation related Open Access and Group Captive Power sales
- Managing Operations and Maintenance activities of Solar Roof Top Installation
- Budgeting the operational expense for the management of assets that are owned and operated by SBSS,
- Technical support for onsite operation and maintenance activities for the solar PV installation
- Validation of Plant Acceptance test and Technical closure of the projects
- Ensuring the regulatory compliance for the operational assets
- Remote Monitoring and performance assessment of operational assets. Monitoring the KPI and contractual requirements.
- Maintaining the MIS for the Asset Management
- Interaction and reporting to client, investors and other stakeholders in matters related to power sale and performance of the plant
- Tracking and Ensuring the revenue realization from Power sales and AMC
- Preparation and implementation of the Annual Maintenance Plan
- Managing and working with O&M Contractors
- Managing Forecasting & scheduling activities and ensuring the related state specific regulatory compliance
Desired Skills:-
• Prior Experience in Solar / Renewable Energy Sector
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Excel, VBA & SQL or any reporting / data management tool will be an added advantage
• Prior Experience in maintaining MIS for power plants
• Familiarity with open access and group captive model projects
• Prior experience in interacting with SLDCs, DISCOMs, TRANSCOs and Regulatory Commissions
