• Understanding of best practices in coding
• Experience in JEE concepts - EJB,JMS,JTA,JNDI,JTA
• PL\SQL is an added advantage
• Experience with application servers - Weblogic or similar
• Ability to understand UML diagrams
• Experience in SOAP Web Services
• Good Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
• Good communications skills with spoken & written English
• Good interpersonal skills
